Certification Programs
The Council’s certification programs take a structured approach to developing and enhancing workplace skills for employees at all levels and in a wide range of occupations. Working with its educational partners, the Council’s certification programs offer a combination of online learning and personalized support with a unique emphasis on the workplace application of new skills.
Employers benefit from highly-skilled and engaged employees who are better able to meet the demands of a changing workplace. Participating employees receive formal recognition of their achievement, resulting in increased confidence and the ability to take on new roles and responsibilities.
THRC – Harvard Supervisory Certificate
Participants in this professional certificate program have access to world-class content and expertise, while connecting with peers to share best practices and expand their professional networks. This program encourages the development of critical leadership and management skills by combining online programs, webinars and participation in
Knowledge Networks with a workplace performance project that allows participants to apply their newly-acquired skills.
Workplace performance projects encourage participants to implement new processes to solve a challenge being encountered by their company. These projects are resulting in substantial cost savings, waste reductions and efficiency improvements in participating companies, with an average impact of nearly $500,000 each.
Program conducted in both English and French.
