Textile Manufacturing Skills

An award-winning series of nine Textile Manufacturing Skills programs provides in-depth information about all major textile manufacturing processes. Using graphics, animation and video to illustrate key manufacturing concepts and principles, the programs offer unique opportunities to explore the inner workings of textile machinery and become familiar with common industry terminology.

The Textile Manufacturing Skills programs are used in more than 40 countries for new employees, sales and marketing staff, students and mentors, as well as customers and suppliers seeking a better understanding of textile manufacturing processes. The programs were developed under the guidance of senior industry representatives and in conjunction with leading textile schools. They cover 1,700 topics on all major textile and apparel manufacturing subject areas.

CD-ROM versions of these programs are available for individual purchase or as a bundle. Members of the Textiles Human Resources Council have free online access to these programs and can purchase CD-ROMs at reduced rates.
