The Skills and Learning Sites provide Canadian textile member companies and their employees with full access to a complete range of Textile Training Through Technology® textile manufacturing, technical, essential skills and personal and business essentials programs.

The program creates a cost-shared learning infrastructure that provides ready access to flexible, cost-effective training onsite at textile facilities. This unique approach includes a process to identify specific workplace skills requirements at each site and tailor training tools to meet those needs. The individual sites throughout the industry are fully supported, ensuring that the learning infrastructure provides networking opportunities among firms and ensures that workplace learners and mentors have access to technical expertise.
