For a nominal annual fee of $3 per employee plus GST (minimum $300), your company can become a member of the Textiles Human Resources Council.

- Nine award-winning Textile Manufacturing Skills programs on processes used throughout Canada's textile industry, such as Fibres and Yarn Manufacturing, The Weaving Process and QC and Testing, Process Control and Plant Operations.
- Nine Technical Skills programs on topics such as Pneumatics, Basic Electricity and Health & Safety, as well as nine Foundation Skills programs such as Textile Mathematics, Environmental Issues and Problem-solving.
- 40 modules from Harvard Business School Publishing on subjects including Presentation Skills, Team Leadership, Goal Setting and Meeting Management (a value of $200 per person, per year)
